I don't think that they do. At least I couldn't find anything that suggested it. There are claims that honey pollen can reduce allergies, but I found one study that didn't find any benefit:

My guess is that pollen allergies usually regard inhalation of the pollen rather than ingestion.

It's believed that ingesting local honey is actually a natural form of immunotherapy, and can help you build up a tolerance to the pollens in your area that would trigger allergies, just like getting allergy shots.

I see. that makes more sense since the typical pollen allergy (I know of) starts in the eyes, skin or nasal area
